Pest Control Service Guarantee in El Paso
Aegis Pest Services provides clear service guarantee terms for qualifying pest control, rodent control, and weed management services in El Paso. Our guarantee is built around documented service scope, professional re-evaluation, treatment timing, property conditions, and the specific issue addressed during the original visit.
Because pest activity can be affected by sanitation, access, weather, surrounding land, tenant behavior, structural conditions, and other factors outside the treatment itself, our guarantee is designed to set clear expectations while providing reliable follow-up when additional service is professionally appropriate.
Aegis Pest Service's Service Guarantee
Aegis Pest Services believes pest control should come with clear expectations, professional service, and reliable support after treatment. Because pest behavior, treatment timelines, property conditions, access, sanitation, weather, and surrounding pest pressure can vary, our service guarantee is structured around the specific pest issue addressed during the original visit.
Guarantee requests must be reported within the applicable 30 calendar day guarantee period. Coverage applies only to the pest issue, treatment area, and service scope documented during the original visit.
The guarantee provides for qualifying re-evaluation, treatment adjustment, or retreatment when professionally appropriate. It is not a money-back guarantee unless expressly stated in writing by Aegis Pest Services.
Guarantee coverage is not transferable unless approved by Aegis Pest Services in writing.
Written Terms Control
If a written service agreement, recurring service plan, proposal, invoice, or other written service document contains different guarantee terms, the written terms for that specific service will control.
Some services may include separate written conditions, different treatment timelines, different follow-up expectations, or different guarantee limitations depending on the pest, property, infestation level, service type, or scope of work.
Payment and Account Status
Guarantee coverage is available only when the original service invoice has been paid in full and the account is in good standing, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Aegis Pest Services.
Service guarantees, follow-up service, and continued account scheduling may be limited or withheld when invoices are unpaid, payments are returned, payment disputes are unresolved, or the account is not in good standing.
Service Scope
Services provided by Aegis Pest Services are limited to the pest concern, treatment areas, service type, and scope documented in the service agreement, invoice, proposal, service notes, or service record.
Any pests, areas, structures, units, suites, buildings, rooms, exterior zones, or conditions not included in the original service scope may require a separate inspection, proposal, service visit, or additional charge.
Guarantee coverage applies only to the pest issue, treatment area, and service scope documented during the original visit. The guarantee does not apply to different pests, new pest activity, new infestation sources, activity in untreated areas, or conditions that arise after the original service.
Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to service areas, following preparation instructions, correcting recommended conducive conditions, maintaining reasonable sanitation, securing pets, coordinating tenant or occupant access when applicable, and avoiding disturbance of treatment placements, traps, monitors, bait stations, exclusion materials, or other service materials.
The client is also responsible for notifying Aegis Pest Services of relevant site conditions, pest activity, access limitations, tenant concerns, known entry points, sanitation concerns, recent treatments, construction activity, water leaks, structural issues, or other factors that may affect service.
Failure to follow preparation instructions, access requirements, sanitation recommendations, corrective steps, or other service instructions provided by Aegis Pest Services may limit or void guarantee coverage.
Service Records and Documentation
Service scope, findings, recommendations, and guarantee eligibility may be documented through service agreements, proposals, invoices, service notes, inspection findings, photographs, written communication, treatment records, or other service records maintained by Aegis Pest Services.
Corrective recommendations may be documented in service notes, inspection findings, written communication, photographs, invoices, proposals, or other service records.
Whether a concern qualifies for guarantee coverage will be determined by Aegis Pest Services based on the original service record, inspection findings, reported activity, site conditions, service scope, account status, treatment timing, and professional judgment.
Treatment Expectations
Pest control results may vary based on pest type, infestation level, treatment method, property conditions, sanitation, access, weather, surrounding environmental pressure, structural conditions, and whether recommended corrective actions are completed.
Some pest activity, dead pests, dying pests, temporary pest movement, or increased sightings may occur after treatment and do not automatically indicate treatment failure.
The guarantee does not promise that pests will never be seen during the treatment window or that future pest activity cannot occur after treatment.
Insect & General Pest Service
Following an initial service for insects or other common household pests, it is not unusual to see increased pest activity for a short period of time. This can be a normal part of the treatment process, as pests may be flushed from concealed areas before the issue is brought under control. Dead or dying pests may also be observed during the treatment window.
In most cases, this adjustment period lasts roughly one to two weeks, after which activity should decline significantly.
For the specific insect or pest concern treated during the original visit, Aegis Pest Services provides a 30 calendar day guarantee. If the same covered pest remains active beyond the normal adjustment period, clients may contact us within 30 calendar days of the original service for a complimentary re-evaluation and retreatment when additional treatment is professionally appropriate.
Guarantee coverage applies only to the pest issue, treatment area, and service scope documented during the original visit. The guarantee does not apply to different pests, new pest activity, new infestation sources, pest activity in areas not included in the original service, or conditions that arise after the original treatment.
Occasional sightings, dead pests, dying pests, or temporary movement after treatment may be part of the normal treatment process and do not automatically mean the service was unsuccessful.
Guarantee coverage may be limited or voided if preparation instructions, sanitation recommendations, access requirements, or corrective steps provided by Aegis Pest Services are not followed. This may include issues related to food storage, trash handling, clutter, moisture, drainage, grease buildup, pet food, vegetation, entry points, harborage areas, or other conditions that may attract or sustain pest activity.
Guarantee coverage may also be limited or voided if pesticides, repellents, foggers, sprays, baits, traps, cleaning chemicals, or other pest-control products are applied by the client, tenants, staff, vendors, maintenance personnel, or another service provider after the original treatment without guidance from Aegis Pest Services.
For shared, commercial, multi-unit, food-service, kitchen, storage, or tenant-occupied environments, the guarantee may be limited when inspection findings or reasonable professional judgment indicate that pest activity is being introduced or sustained by sanitation conditions, incoming goods, produce, deliveries, vendors, tenant activity, neighboring units, shared walls, drains, dumpsters, storage practices, or unresolved site conditions outside of Aegis Pest Services’ control.
If Aegis Pest Services cannot reasonably verify continued covered pest activity during re-evaluation, or if the concern is determined to be outside the original service scope, any additional inspection, treatment, or follow-up may be scheduled as a new service at the applicable rate.
Certain pests or conditions may require separate written terms, different treatment timelines, multiple scheduled services, or may not qualify for the standard 30 calendar day guarantee. This may include severe infestations, German roaches, fleas, bed bugs, stored-product pests, drain flies, mosquitoes, bees, wasps, termites, wildlife, or other specialty pest concerns.

Certain pests or conditions may require separate written terms, different treatment timelines, multiple scheduled services, or may not qualify for the standard 30 calendar day guarantee. Weed Management Service
Weed management results may vary based on weed type, growth stage, treatment method, soil conditions, weather, irrigation, rainfall, drainage, mowing, landscaping activity, seed presence, and surrounding vegetation pressure.
Aegis Pest Services may provide weed management services for areas included in the documented service scope. Service coverage applies only to the treatment areas, target vegetation, and service type listed in the service agreement, proposal, invoice, service notes, or service record.
Weed management does not guarantee that all weeds will die immediately, that treated areas will remain permanently weed-free, or that new weeds will not emerge after service. Some weeds may take time to decline after treatment, and new weed growth may occur from existing seeds, untreated root systems, nearby vegetation, soil disturbance, irrigation, rainfall, windblown seeds, or conditions outside of Aegis Pest Services’ control.
Guarantee coverage for weed management, if offered for a specific service, applies only to the treated areas and target vegetation documented during the original visit. It does not apply to new weeds, new growth from untreated areas, regrowth caused by unresolved site conditions, vegetation outside the original service scope, or areas disturbed after treatment.
Weed management guarantee coverage may be limited or voided if treated areas are mowed, cut, trimmed, watered, washed, disturbed, replanted, landscaped, graded, covered, or otherwise altered in a way that interferes with treatment performance.
Guarantee coverage may also be limited or voided when weed activity is affected by irrigation changes, rainfall, runoff, soil movement, landscaping work, construction activity, mowing schedules, seed dispersal, neighboring properties, vacant lots, open fields, alleys, drainage areas, unincorporated land, or surrounding vegetation pressure.
Aegis Pest Services may recommend follow-up treatment, recurring weed management, pre-emergent service, post-emergent service, mechanical removal, landscaping corrections, irrigation adjustments, or other corrective steps when site conditions continue to support weed growth.
Any follow-up, retreatment, or adjustment for weed management will be performed only when professionally appropriate and only within the documented service scope. If the concern involves new growth, untreated areas, environmental reintroduction, site disturbance, or conditions outside the original service scope, additional charges may apply.
Commercial, Multi-Unit, and Tenant-Occupied Properties
For commercial, multi-unit, multi-suite, multi-building, or tenant-occupied properties, service and guarantee coverage apply only to the areas included in the documented service scope.
Guarantee coverage applies only to the units, suites, buildings, common areas, or treatment zones included in the original service scope. Pest activity originating from adjoining units, neighboring suites, shared walls, vacant spaces, unmanaged tenant areas, dumpsters, nearby properties, or other external sources may be considered a new or external source and may limit guarantee coverage.
Pest activity connected to tenant behavior, neighboring units, shared walls, dumpsters, vendor deliveries, incoming goods, unmanaged spaces, open doors, dock areas, storage practices, sanitation conditions, or lack of access may require additional service, broader treatment, or corrective action outside the original scope.
For shared, commercial, multi-unit, or tenant-occupied properties, guarantee follow-up service may require coordination with property management, tenants, occupants, staff, vendors, or other responsible parties. If coordination, access, preparation, sanitation, or corrective action is not completed in a reasonable manner, the follow-up may be rescheduled, limited, charged as a new service, or declined.
Food-Service, Restaurant, Kitchen, and Storage Environments
For food-service, restaurant, kitchen, or food-storage environments, guarantee coverage may depend on sanitation, grease management, drain maintenance, food storage, waste handling, delivery inspection, storage rotation, cleanliness upkeep, and other site practices that may attract or sustain pest activity.
Pest activity may be introduced or sustained by incoming stock, produce, deliveries, vendors, storage practices, grease buildup, drain conditions, trash handling, food debris, standing water, or poor sanitation. When these conditions are identified and not corrected, guarantee coverage may be limited or voided.
Access and Safety
Aegis Pest Services may decline, postpone, limit, stop, or reschedule service when conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, hostile, inaccessible, improperly coordinated, or otherwise prevent service from being performed safely and professionally.
This may include aggressive animals, unsafe structures, restricted access, locked rooms, unavailable occupants, inaccessible units, cluttered storage areas, hazardous materials, biohazards, severe sanitation concerns, hostile occupants, threats, weapon-related incidents, dangerous weather, or any condition that creates unreasonable risk.
For tenant-occupied, managed, commercial, multi-unit, or third-party properties, the client, property manager, owner, or authorized representative is responsible for coordinating access and providing proper notice to occupants before service when notice is required or appropriate.
Guarantee coverage may be limited or voided if Aegis Pest Services cannot safely access the areas needed for inspection, treatment, monitoring, or follow-up.
If Aegis Pest Services personnel are threatened, confronted with a weapon, denied safe access, or placed in an unsafe situation, guarantee coverage for the affected unit, suite, room, building, or treatment area will be voided. Aegis Pest Services may also decline any further service for that affected area.
Occupant Notice, Threats, and Weapon-Related Incidents
For tenant-occupied, managed, commercial, multi-unit, or third-party properties, the client, property manager, owner, or authorized representative is responsible for providing proper notice to occupants, tenants, staff, or other affected parties before service when notice is required or appropriate.
Aegis Pest Services is not responsible for entering or attempting to service an occupied unit, suite, building, room, or treatment area where the occupant has not been properly notified, where access has not been properly coordinated, or where the occupant objects to service.
Any threat, intimidation, hostile confrontation, physical aggression, brandishing of a weapon, display of a firearm, threat of violence, or other unsafe occupant behavior will immediately void any guarantee for the affected unit, suite, building, room, or treatment area.
If such an incident occurs, Aegis Pest Services may immediately stop service, leave the property, decline any further treatment of the affected unit or area, and refuse future service at that location or for that account when necessary for safety.
Aegis Pest Services will not be required to return to, re-enter, inspect, treat, or provide follow-up service for any unit, suite, building, room, or treatment area where our personnel were threatened, confronted with a weapon, denied safe access, or placed in an unsafe situation.
Any missed, incomplete, refused, delayed, or canceled service resulting from improper occupant notice, lack of access coordination, tenant refusal, hostile behavior, threats, weapon-related incidents, or unsafe conditions will not qualify for guarantee coverage. Any future service, if accepted by Aegis Pest Services, may require separate approval, additional charges, revised access procedures, written confirmation of occupant notice, and assurance that the property can be serviced safely.
Scheduling, Access, and Missed Appointments
Follow-up service under the guarantee will be scheduled within a reasonable timeframe based on service availability, property access, weather conditions, safety considerations, treatment timing, product label requirements, and the nature of the issue.
Requests for same-day service, after-hours service, priority scheduling, emergency response, or visits outside normal service availability may be subject to additional charges unless otherwise agreed in writing by Aegis Pest Services.
If a scheduled service or follow-up cannot be completed because of lack of access, missed appointments, locked areas, unavailable occupants, unsafe conditions, incomplete preparation, or client delay, the visit may be rescheduled and additional charges may apply.
Missed or delayed appointments do not automatically extend any applicable guarantee period.
If a guarantee request is made within the applicable guarantee period but the client delays, cancels, refuses, misses, or fails to provide reasonable access for the follow-up visit, guarantee coverage may be limited, rescheduled, or treated as expired depending on the circumstances.
Repeated missed appointments, repeated cancellations, lack of access, incomplete preparation, or failure to follow service instructions may result in the guarantee being limited or voided.
Additional Visits Within the Guaranteed Period
Aegis Pest Services is pleased to provide follow-up service within the applicable 30 calendar day guarantee period when continued covered pest activity makes additional treatment appropriate.
Guarantee follow-up service is intended to address unresolved activity related to the original documented service. It is not intended to provide unlimited inspections, unrelated treatments, preventive visits, convenience visits, or service for new pest activity, new areas, or conditions outside the original scope.
If a client requests another visit during the guarantee period and our evaluation shows that the original treated issue has already been resolved, that no further covered treatment is professionally necessary, that the concern is outside the scope of the original appointment, that continued covered activity cannot be reasonably verified, or that unresolved contributing conditions are continuing to support the pest issue, the visit may not fall under the guarantee and may be scheduled as a new service at the applicable rate.
A guarantee follow-up does not restart, extend, or create a new 30 calendar day guarantee period unless expressly stated in writing by Aegis Pest Services. Additional visits, adjustments, inspections, or retreatments performed under the original guarantee remain tied to the original service date.
If multiple follow-up requests are made during the guarantee period, Aegis Pest Services may determine whether additional treatment is professionally appropriate based on inspection findings, service records, site conditions, reported activity, treatment timing, and professional judgment. If continued service is requested after the covered issue has been addressed or when additional treatment is not professionally justified, additional charges may apply.
Exclusion and Structural Conditions
Unless specifically included in writing, pest control service does not include structural repairs, construction work, sealing, door sweeps, screens, garage-door repairs, roofline repairs, vent repairs, utility-gap repairs, crawlspace work, or other exclusion work.
When entry points or structural conditions are identified, Aegis Pest Services may recommend corrective action, but those repairs are separate from standard treatment unless expressly included in the service scope.
Pest activity connected to plumbing leaks, drain conditions, standing water, moisture intrusion, damaged seals, structural gaps, wall voids, rooflines, utility penetrations, building maintenance issues, or other unresolved property conditions may limit guarantee coverage when those conditions are not corrected.
If entry points remain open, if recommended exclusion work is declined or delayed, or if new entry points develop, continued or renewed pest activity may be treated as a new or unresolved conducive condition rather than a covered retreatment.
Unauthorized Products or Service Interference
Service results and guarantee coverage may be affected if pesticides, repellents, foggers, baits, traps, cleaning chemicals, exclusion materials, or other pest-control products are applied, moved, removed, contaminated, or altered by anyone other than Aegis Pest Services without our guidance.
Guarantee coverage may be limited or voided if traps, bait stations, monitors, treated areas, exclusion materials, or other service placements are moved, removed, blocked, damaged, contaminated, tampered with, or disturbed by anyone other than Aegis Pest Services.
Guarantee coverage may also be limited or voided if pesticides, repellents, traps, baits, foggers, rodenticides, ultrasonic devices, cleaning chemicals, or other pest-control products are applied by the client, tenants, staff, vendors, maintenance personnel, or another service provider after the original treatment without guidance from Aegis Pest Services.
Conditions Outside the Treated Structure
Conditions outside the treated structure may affect results and may limit or void guarantee coverage when those conditions continue to attract, sustain, or reintroduce pest activity.
This may include open fields, vacant lots, undeveloped land, unincorporated land, canals, arroyos, alleys, neighboring properties, construction activity, landscaping changes, irrigation, drainage issues, exterior lighting, waste areas, vegetation, overgrowth, seasonal pest pressure, weather changes, or adjacent pest pressure.
Aegis Pest Services cannot control pest pressure from surrounding land, neighboring properties, unmanaged areas, tenant behavior, vendor activity, or other exterior conditions outside the treatment scope.
Specialty Pests, Weed Management, and Severe Infestations
Certain pests, weed management services, severe infestations, specialty services, exclusion work, recurring service plans, or services requiring multiple visits may be subject to separate written terms, different timelines, or different guarantee conditions.
Some pests or service types may require separate written terms, different follow-up timelines, or may not qualify for the standard 30 calendar day guarantee. This may include severe infestations, German roaches, fleas, bed bugs, stored-product pests, drain flies, mosquitoes, bees, wasps, termites, wildlife, weed management, or other specialty service concerns.
Aegis Pest Services may recommend a structured treatment plan, recurring service plan, preparation requirements, sanitation corrections, exclusion work, weed management plan, property maintenance corrections, or multiple scheduled visits when a pest or weed issue cannot be reasonably addressed through a single standard service.
Ongoing Pest Pressure
Aegis Pest Services provides professional pest management based on the conditions present at the time of service.
Because pests may be affected by weather, neighboring properties, sanitation, structural conditions, landscaping, open land, vacant lots, deliveries, tenant behavior, access, moisture, food sources, waste areas, and other factors outside of our control, service does not guarantee that pests will never return or that future pest activity cannot occur.
Recurring service may be recommended when a property has ongoing pest pressure, repeated activity, surrounding environmental conditions, tenant turnover, commercial activity, food handling, open access points, weed pressure, or other factors that make long-term prevention more practical than one-time service.
Conditions That Support Lasting Results
Lasting pest control and weed management often depend not only on treatment, but also on the conditions surrounding the property.
In some cases, Aegis Pest Services may recommend corrective steps related to entry points, harborage areas, moisture, sanitation, vegetation, storage practices, access limitations, waste management, exterior clutter, lighting, drainage, landscaping, food storage, grease buildup, tenant practices, maintenance concerns, mowing, irrigation, soil disturbance, or other factors that may support ongoing pest activity or weed growth.
When reasonable efforts are made to address those conditions, we are pleased to honor our service guarantee accordingly.
When major contributing conditions remain unresolved, continue to attract pests, allow pests to be reintroduced, support weed growth, interfere with treatment, or prevent treatment from working as intended, guarantee coverage may be reduced, limited, or voided.
